What this site is
MedicareBenefits.care publishes Medicare Advantage and Part D plan data compiled from public files released by the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services. It is an information service. We report what plans filed; we do not recommend plans.
What it is not. We are not Medicare and we are not affiliated with or endorsed by CMS or any government agency. We are not an insurance company, agency, or broker. We do not sell insurance, solicit enrolment, accept applications, or transfer your information to agents or plans, and no plan pays us for placement or ranking. Medicare has neither reviewed nor endorsed this information. For official plan comparisons and to enrol, use Medicare.gov or call 1-800-MEDICARE (TTY 1-877-486-2048).
Accuracy, and its limits
We take accuracy seriously and publish our sources and known gaps on the methodology page. But the data comes from CMS files that are themselves periodically corrected and re-posted, plan benefits change, and a figure here can be out of date or wrong. The site is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Before you enrol in or rely on a plan, confirm the details with the plan itself and on Medicare.gov. Nothing here is medical, legal, tax, or financial advice.
Pro subscriptions
Pro is a paid subscription to data files. It bills in advance through Stripe and renews automatically each period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal; access continues to the end of the period you have paid for, and we do not pro-rate partial periods. Prices may change with notice before your next renewal. We may suspend access for non-payment or for breach of these terms.
What you may do with the data. The underlying CMS files are public. Our compilation, formatting, and derived fields are ours. A Pro subscription grants your organisation a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the files internally and in your own analyses, reports, and client deliverables, with attribution to MedicareBenefits.care. You may not resell or redistribute the files themselves, publish them as a competing dataset, or share your credentials or downloads outside your organisation.
Acceptable use
Please do not attempt to break, overload, or gain unauthorised access to the site; scrape it at a volume that degrades it for others; or use it to market to, solicit, or generate leads from Medicare beneficiaries. Automated access is welcome at a courteous rate and subject to robots.txt.
Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, IKP Holdings, LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or the data, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before it arose. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limits, in which case they apply only so far as permitted.
Changes, and governing law
We may update these terms; the date above changes when we do, and continued use means you accept the update. These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
