What this site does and does not do
MedicareBenefits.care is an independent publisher of public CMS data. It helps consumers, brokers, consultants, providers, payers, and analysts inspect Medicare Advantage plan filings — benefits, Summary of Benefits documents, formularies, pharmacy networks, and county-level availability. It is closer to a public-data reference than to a broker or carrier site.

We do
- Publish CMS plan, benefit, drug, pharmacy, Summary of Benefits, and county-level data
- Normalize public Medicare Advantage datasets into plain, comparable tables
- Link to official plan documents when the carrier publishes them
- Provide neutral, metric-based comparison and filtering tools
- Offer structured data exports for professionals
- Explain Medicare Advantage terms in plain English
We do not
- Sell insurance, or enroll anyone in a plan
- Rank, recommend, score, or feature plans
- Represent Medicare, CMS, any carrier, or any broker
- Accept paid placement, or collect broker or sales leads
- Guarantee provider-network, drug, or pharmacy accuracy
- Replace Medicare.gov, SHIP, 1-800-MEDICARE, or confirmation with the plan
Before enrolling or making a coverage decision, confirm current details with the plan, Medicare.gov, your State Health Insurance Assistance Program (SHIP), or 1-800-MEDICARE (1-800-633-4227, TTY 1-877-486-2048). MedicareBenefits.care reports CMS-filed data and does not verify provider networks, pharmacy participation, or final plan terms.
